Mane Beach understands that schedules change, therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

 

A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of their service. This charge will be added as a credit toward your rescheduled service appointment. The guest will have a 72 hour period to reschedule the appointment; failure to reschedule within 72 hours will result in losing that credit.

 

Guests that are a No- Show will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount with no credit towards their next rescheduled appointment.

 

Appointments made within 24-48 hours may be cancelled or modified at least 12 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 100% of the service amount.

 

If a guest is over 15 minutes late for an appointment the stylist may have to reschedule the service, If it can't be completed in the remaining time frame, a 50% charge will occur.
